How to Set Up AutoArchive
1. Open Tools > Options. 2. Click the Other tab. 3. Click the AutoArchive… button. 4. Enable Run AutoArchive and set an interval for how often you would like it to check. 5. Select an age for when you would like items to be archived under Clean out items older than. 6. To archive items now that meet your set preferences, click Apply these settings to all folders now. 7. Click OK to exit out.

How to Manually Archive
1. Open File > New > Outlook Data File. 2. Select Office Outlook Personal Folders File (.pst) and click OK. 3. Name the file archive.pst and click OK. 4. Type Archive in the name text box and click OK. 5. Drag and drop any folders or individual emails over to the newly created Archive Folder to archive the items.

How to Delete Junk Mail
1. Right-click on Junk E-mail and click Empty "Junk E-mail” Folder. 2. Click Yes on the dialog box that appears.

How to Empty Deleted Items
1. Right click on the Deleted Items folder and click Delete “Deleted Items.” 2. Click Yes.
